WOOD FIRED PIZZA

Our pizzas are cooked in a wood burning oven using apple and cherry hardwoods for superior flavor.  These varieties of wood burn slowly, producing an intense heat that caramelizes the dough creating a "fire kissed" crust.  Each pizza is 10 inches (6 slices), perfectly sized to share as an appetizer or as a light meal for one
